INFLOW Retreats is excited to be hosting a transformative wellness experience in the Twin Cities area. Free your body from stress through the power of fascial maneuvers.
This one day in-person event will be led by trained Human Garage Coaches as they team up with INFLOW co-creator Jennifer Klein.
This dynamic 7 hour experience offers a unique opportunity to connect deeply with yourself and others as we explore movement, release emotional tension, and promote holistic healing.
Key Highlights:
- Guided Fascial Maneuvers: Learn powerful techniques to unwind fascial tension, reduce stress, and promote ease throughout the body.
- Partner Practices: Engage in supportive partner work that helps deepen the experience of release, connection, and emotional balance.
- Guided Sound Bath: Experience unwinding the resonant body with breath and sound, the sound penetrates our locked tissue and becomes a wave that circulates through our fascia.
- Community Connection: Share this journey with like-minded individuals from across the Midwest in a safe and encouraging environment. We will have a lunch break where we will share a meal together so bring something to share.
- Expert Guidance: Led by knowledgeable Human Garage Coaches who are passionate about empowering you to take charge of your well-being.
*Please note: this is an event put on by INFLOW in support of the community Human Garage coaches. Not all of the INFLOW facilitators will be in attendance at this event.
This is more than just an event—it’s an opportunity to move, breathe, and heal together. Whether you’re new to fascial maneuvers or have been practicing for years, the “Freedom & Transform Event” promises to be an enlightening experience for all.
What to Bring:
- Yoga Mat and blanket
- Dress in loose clothes with layers
- A food dish to share (preferably organic and gluten free) and any personal snacks you would like throughout the day.
- Swimsuit and towel (optional for a Lake swim or dip)
